Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Maintenance Manager OS, including trials, paid subscriptions and use of maintenance decision-support features.
1. Service and accounts
Maintenance Manager OS provides multi-user maintenance planning, execution, reliability, inventory, reporting and decision-support tools. Users must provide accurate account information, protect access to their account and use only company workspaces they are authorized to access.
2. Trials and subscriptions
A new company may receive a time-limited trial. Paid access is billed by site according to the selected plan through Whop. Prices, included seats and plan features are shown before checkout. Renewal, cancellation, refunds and payment processing are also subject to the terms presented during checkout.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of maintenance records, user roles, engineering decisions, safe-work procedures, regulatory compliance and backups appropriate to their operation. The service does not replace competent maintenance, safety or engineering judgment.
4. AI and decision support
AI-generated briefs, drafts and recommendations are assistive outputs based on available workspace data. They may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by a qualified person before operational, safety, purchasing or engineering action is taken.
5. Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to access another company’s data, interfere with the service, introduce malicious content, misuse credentials, bypass subscription controls or use the service for unlawful activity.
6. Customer data
Customers retain responsibility for the content they submit. They grant the limited permission necessary to host, process and display that content for service delivery, support, security and product administration. Authorized exports are provided to support data portability.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable professional service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change to improve security, performance or product capability. Material changes affecting paid plan value will be communicated through the service or relevant commercial channel.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted for non-payment, security risk, misuse or violation of these terms. Customers may cancel through the available billing-management flow. Applicable access and data-retention periods depend on subscription state and legal obligations.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as a maintenance management and decision-support tool. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided without guarantees of a particular production, reliability or financial result, and indirect or consequential losses are excluded.
10. Support and updates
Questions, product issues and formal service requests can be submitted through Support & feedback. We may update these terms as the service evolves; continued use after an effective-date change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
